1. Gratuities (tips) are not included in the cruise price and are at the passenger's discretion. As is customary on cruise ships worldwide, it is customary to give a gratuity to the hotel staff (not mandatory), who serve you at the highest standard, in the amount of EUR 5 per person per cruise day.

3. The price list does not include shore excursions. Shore excursions are recommended for purchase by holidaymakers but are not mandatory.
4. Certain shore excursions may be purchased on board the vessel only.

9. There is no undertaking that excursions will be conducted in a language other than Hebrew.
10. A purchased shore excursion may be cancelled due to an insufficient number of registrants or due to operational reasons of the local tour operator at the port of destination. In such cases, the customer shall be refunded the amount paid for the excursion, and no more.
11. Occasionally, in exceptional cases and for reasons beyond the control of Mano Maritime Ltd., a need arises to change the itinerary of shore excursions. In such cases, as the circumstances require, the Company shall modify the shore excursion, and if the cost of the excursion has decreased, Mano shall refund the difference to those who purchased the excursion.
12. Internet packages may be purchased on board at variable prices. The vessel's internet package is satellite internet supplied by an external company; accordingly, reception disruptions may occur. Browsing speed is not fixed and depends on various external factors, such as availability and coverage, radars, warships, satellite positioning and/or various malfunctions. The Company shall bear no liability for any damage, direct or indirect, caused as a result of the browsing speed.
Cabins
13. Mano Maritime Ltd. does not undertake to reserve any particular cabin, provided that the cabin received by the customer is in the same cabin category for which the customer paid. Guaranteeing adjacent cabins or a specific location on the vessel shall be possible subject to cabin availability and at the location-reservation price-list charge.
14. In the 2025–2026 sailing season, cabin check-in shall commence from 13:00.
Triple and Quadruple Cabins:
15. Beds for the third and fourth passengers in a cabin are upper beds (except in suites).
16. Sale of a cruise for infants under the age of two shall be possible in certain Deluxe cabins and suites only, subject to cabin availability and to the overall allocation of passengers and/or infants on the vessel.

18. In all cabins there is a step approximately 22 cm high at the entrance to the toilet and shower (except in cabins adapted for persons with disabilities).
Cabins with a Window:
19. On decks 7, 8 and 9 there are several cabins with a partial or obstructed view. The prices of these cabins have been reduced at the discretion of Mano Maritime Ltd., and once such a cabin has been ordered, no claims regarding the pricing of the cabin shall be entertained.
20. Cabins in which most of the window is free of obstruction to the view shall be deemed cabins with a full view.
Cabins for a Single Passenger:
21. Single-occupancy cabin (SINGLE): a single passenger in a double cabin shall pay for two cruise tickets.
22. Passenger with a cabin-mate subject to a cabin-mate being found (SHARING): on most cruises, purchase of a cruise ticket with a cabin-mate shall not be possible.
Schedules and Embarkation:
23. Due to security screening and border-control procedures, passengers must arrive at the port as advised at the time of placing the order and as stated on the cruise ticket.
24. The port and the embarkation time in Israel shall be determined according to what is stated on the cruise ticket.
25. The cruise schedules at the ports of Israel and at the various ports of destination are fixed and known in advance to all passengers.
26. At some of the ports of destination, disembarkation from the vessel ashore may be carried out by means of service boats (tenders), and at some ports, disembarkation and embarkation by means of service boats may be the only way to get from the vessel ashore. Information regarding the manner of going ashore at the ports of destination relevant to each cruise appears in the cruise specifications on the Company's website.
27. The disembarkation process by service boats may take a considerable amount of time, and for this reason disembarkation to the boats is carried out in stages — by deck numbers, from the upper decks to the lower decks.
28. At ports where disembarkation ashore is carried out by service boats, the disembarkation of passengers with disabilities may be prevented, particularly where the service boat is not adapted to accommodate wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
29. Persons with disabilities are under an obligation to notify a Company representative in advance of the nature of their disability, so that it may be examined whether their disembarkation ashore will be possible at the ports as set out in the cruise specifications.
30. All travel agents and passengers are under an obligation to inform Mano Maritime Ltd. of any physical or other limitations of the passenger, if any exist, prior to placing the order.
31. For the passengers' welfare and to maintain order during disembarkation at the various ports (including the Port of Haifa), passenger disembarkation may take place in regulated time windows according to cabin category.
32. The authorities of a given port may occasionally allocate to the vessel a berth relatively distant from the port's exit gate. In such cases, it will be necessary to walk to the gate or, alternatively, to purchase a shuttle transfer on board the vessel.
33. The vessel shall not wait for latecomers. Any such lateness is the passenger's sole responsibility. The determining time in the schedules is the local time at the destination.
34. Passengers who fail to return to the vessel on time at any of the destinations set during the cruise, and as a result cause a delay in the vessel's departure, disruption of the planned schedule, a change in sailing speed or fuel consumption beyond that planned, shall be charged for the expenses caused to the Company as a result of their actions. The charge shall include, inter alia:
1. Handling fees vis-à-vis the local authorities — including permits and procedures connected with the delay.
2. Expenses for the vessel's extended stay — including additional costs of crew, equipment and vessel operation.
3. Any other expense connected with the event — including fines, fees or any demand by the local authorities or third parties.
4. Mano Maritime reserves the right to collect these charges by means of the payment method provided at the time of placing the order.
5. Passengers are aware that they must be punctual in respect of the return times given to them, and the responsibility for this rests fully upon them.
35. Mano Maritime Ltd. is not liable for loss of or damage to luggage. Luggage handling is a courtesy service and is not mandatory. Passengers who wish to have their luggage handled do so at their sole responsibility.
36. Due to safety and security regulations, it is prohibited to bring liquids and beverages onto the vessel, such as soft drinks and alcoholic beverages of any kind; such items shall be confiscated and disposed of.
37. Occasionally, in exceptional cases during the cruise and for reasons beyond the control of Mano Maritime Ltd., including due to force majeure, the Company shall be compelled, during the cruise, to change the cruise itineraries and/or the ports at which the vessel calls and/or the duration of the stay at the ports planned in advance. The Company shall notify passengers upon becoming aware of the change.
38. It is the passenger's responsibility to verify, prior to the cruise, that the passport is valid and that no order barring exit from Israel has been issued against the passenger.
39. It is the responsibility of holders of a foreign passport or a laissez-passer (travel document) to ascertain whether entry visas are required for the countries of destination.
40. A passenger who fails to comply with the above conditions shall not be permitted to sail, and shall not be entitled to any refund whatsoever.

41. Cancellation fees shall be charged in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771-2010:

43. The cancellation date shall be calculated according to the date on which the cancellation was received (by fax, mail, telephone or email at the offices of Mano Maritime Ltd.).
44. Where the cancellation of the order was made within 14 calendar days from the date of the transaction or from the date on which the disclosure document was sent by Mano Maritime Ltd. 45. In a distance-selling transaction with a person with disabilities, a senior citizen or a new immigrant — cancellation of an order within four months of the date of the transaction, provided that the engagement in the transaction included a conversation between the dealer and the consumer (including a conversation by means of electronic communication), and subject to compliance with the conditions of the law and receipt of documentation evidencing the same. In such a case as set out in this section, the Company shall charge a cancellation fee of NIS 100 or 5% per passenger, whichever is lower.
46. In any other case:
1. Cancellation more than 30 business days before the cruise date — 25% of the package price.
2. Cancellation between 19–30 business days before the cruise date — 35% of the package price.
3. Cancellation between 8–18 business days before the cruise date — 50% of the package price.
4. Cancellation during the 7 business days before the cruise date — 100% cancellation fee.
47. Additional cases:
1. In the case of a change of the cruise date by the passengers, the cancellation fees set out above shall apply.
2. In the case of a change of passenger names:
3. A name change shall be possible within an existing order, provided that at least one of the original names remains unchanged. A request under which no original name would remain shall be deemed a cancellation of the order and a new engagement; the cancellation fees prescribed in the Company's Terms shall apply to such a cancellation.
4. Name-change fee: EUR 85 per passenger per change, non-refundable.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, including its provisions concerning the right of cancellation within 14 calendar days and subject to the exceptions prescribed by law, shall prevail and apply as applicable.
48. Mano Maritime Ltd. recommends that passengers purchase travel insurance for travel abroad, and verify at the time of purchase that the insurance covers trip cancellation, damage to luggage and bodily injury.
49. Mano Ltd. shall not bear the costs of medical or other expenses (evacuation and/or examinations and treatment at a local hospital, and the like).
50. Mano Maritime Ltd. is not responsible for guests' failure to arrive for the cruise or late arrival, whether for medical reasons or for any other reason.
51. In any case of cancellation, the amount paid for the order, less the cancellation fees, shall be refunded within 14 days of the date of receipt of the cancellation notice.
52. The operation of a cruise is subject to the number of registrants.
53. Mano Maritime Ltd. or the owners of the vessel have the exclusive right to cancel a cruise or cruises, or to change their itinerary or the duration of the stay at ports, for operational, technical and other considerations. Appropriate notice shall be given to passengers upon becoming aware of the cancellation/change. In the event of cancellation of the cruise, all amounts paid by the customer to Mano Maritime Ltd. shall be refunded to the customer, without any additional payment beyond the payment made by the passenger/customer. In the event of cancellation of the cruise as a result of an event external to the Company's activity, such as war, epidemic and the like, the amounts paid for the cancelled cruise shall stand to the customer's credit for a future cruise, or cancellation shall be possible in accordance with the cruise-cancellation terms, subject to cancellation fees.
54. In the event of cancellation or postponement of a cruise due to a security situation or other circumstances, the Company shall contact the customer in order to offer alternatives.
